💼 AVAILABLE LEVELS OF ENGAGEMENT

🧭 HQ EXECUTIVE
CICC is currently seeking a qualified and visionary professional to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Headquarters level. The selected candidate will lead the establishment of operations, coordinate with the Main Headquarters, and oversee the implementation of the Economic Development Program 2026–2036. Additional Director positions will be appointed by the CEO after the official registration of the CICC Headquarters.
These are non-salaried, entrepreneurial roles based on project engagement and partnership agreements. Candidates will undergo a group selection process, followed by formal appointment upon successful completion of probation.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Registering and establishing CICC operations in accordance with local laws and regulations
– Collaborating as a unified executive team to drive strategic initiatives and growth
– Leading the implementation of the Economic Development Program 2026–2036

🎯 NON-EXECUTIVE REMOTE STAFF
Field Engagement & Direct Program Execution
The role is centered on driving sustainable growth through client engagement, strategic positioning of CICC offerings, successful conversion of prospects, and the development of long-term professional relationships.
Responsibilities include:
• Identify potential clients
• Introduce CICC and its opportunities
• Offer the right solution (Membership, Partnership, or Events)
• Deal with clients to become CICC Business Members, CICC Strategic Partners, or CICC Event Participants
• Build long-term relationships

📌 PROBATION POLICY

All new roles begin with a 1-3 months probation period under the following conditions:

1. The engagement shall commence with one (1) month remote probation under an Acting Position. Performance shall be assessed based on weekly reports and assigned targets in accordance with the Plan Program (Handbook). Subject to satisfactory performance, the probation period may be extended for one (1) additional month, up to a maximum of two (2) extensions, with management approval.
2. Performance-based Evaluation: Continuation is based on achieving minimum targets and KPIs as defined by the CICC HR Department.
3. No Fixed Salary During Probation: Only performance-based support or commissions may apply.
4. No Guarantee of Confirmation: CICC reserves the right to terminate the position at any time during the probation if performance is unsatisfactory, or in the event of any policy breach.
