General Terms and Conditions of CICC Recruitment:

1. Before applying, please understand that CICC gives you an excellent career opportunity plus handsome income earning source. You will be eligible for the compulsory salary, subject to the achievement of the given targets, along with additional rewards provided upon successful completion at the end of the year, based on performance and contribution.
2. Selected candidates will undergo a three-month probation period to achieve the set target.
3. This is a remote position. If the targets are achieved within three months, candidates will be given an optional opportunity to transfer to the Main Head Quarter (MHQ) or to one of our HQs/Commercial Branches in UAE, EU, Asia, Africa, or the USA. This includes benefits such as a regular appointment, residency privileges, extra bonuses, and more.

5. Selected candidates will receive the Job Description and Job Offer, which including target details. Candidates must sign the Job Offer and return it via email to the CICC HR Department, along with a copy of their passport or national ID, within seven days.
6. After signing the Job Offer, selected candidates will be scheduled for an interview via zoom, as arranged by the CICC HR Department.
7. The Executive Level holding executive roles are required to attend pre-launching executive meetings in Dubai or other designated locations, in accordance with the CICC event agenda.
8. Required documentation, certificates, and work assignments will be provided according to the applicable roles and responsibilities after the completion of the recruitment process by the HR Department.
