As the Founder and President of the Council of International Chambers of Commerce (CICC), I am honored to lead one of the world’s most ambitious platforms for sustainable economic development and global cooperation. Rooted in the values of tolerance, innovation, and shared prosperity, CICC has become a trusted network uniting governments, private sector partners, financial institutions, and international investors across more than 150 countries.
Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege to initiate and support transformative concepts and institutions such as the Dubai International Chamber of Commerce, the International Investment Bank, and global philanthropic efforts under the International Charity banner. These experiences have shaped the foundation of CICC — a platform born to catalyze inclusive growth and accelerate development where it’s needed most.
CICC is proud to collaborate with financial institutions, EPC contractors, tour operators, VIP aviation and jet services, and a wide network of public and private sector stakeholders. Together, we are building a future of real opportunity — from infrastructure and technology to education, housing, healthcare, trade, and green energy.
