- Career Opportunity & Performance-Based Compensation
CICC offers a valuable career pathway with high earning potential based entirely on performance. Compensation is not a fixed salary, but is earned through the successful achievement of assigned targets. Additional bonuses and rewards may be granted based on annual performance and individual contributions. - Three-Month Performance Evaluation Period
All selected candidates will undergo a three-month evaluation period consisting of one-month probation and two-month performance assessment; failure to show results in the first month will result in immediate termination as per CICC policy. - Remote Position with Global Advancement Opportunity
All roles start as remote positions. Upon successful achievement of targets during the three-month period, candidates may be offered an optional transfer to the CICC Main Headquarter (MHQ) or one of our official HQs or Commercial Branches located in the UAE, EU, Asia, Africa, or the USA. This may include a formal appointment, residency benefits, additional bonuses, and more. - Application Process & Questionnaire
Interested candidates must apply through the official CICC website or send their CV/Resume via email to 📧 hr@council-icc.org, and complete the Interview Questionnaire, which serves as the first stage of the selection process. - Questionnaire Review & Shortlisting
Only candidates whose responses meet CICC’s expectations will be shortlisted and invited for the next stage. - Interview Process
Shortlisted applicants will undergo a two-stage interview via Zoom, arranged by the CICC HR Division:
(1) First Interview – General screening and initial assessment
(2) Final Interview – In-depth evaluation of qualifications, commitment, and role-specific readiness - Probation Appointment & Role Assignment
Upon successful completion of the final interview and documentation process, candidates will receive a Probation Appointment Letter, along with relevant documents and work assignments based on their designated roles and responsibilities. - Plan Program Issuance
After the Probation Appointment Letter is signed, CICC will share the Plan Program, which outlines the performance targets to be implemented and achieved in accordance with the level and responsibilities of the appointed position. This Plan Program will serve as the official framework for performance evaluation during the onboarding period.

*The Interview Questionnaire is designed to gather essential information and confirm your understanding and acceptance of the CICC recruitment procedures and expectations. If your answers meet our expectations, you will be contacted for a first interview, which will be conducted via Zoom.
