DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITY
🔹 President Cabinet
Managerial Vacancies:
The Chief of Cabinet – President’s Office will appoint a working team responsible for the execution of high-level diplomatic engagements, presidential initiatives, and executive programs.
Departmental Responsibilities:
Activities will include strategic fundraising, budget planning for presidential missions, and coordination of global executive summits.
Financial Oversight:
A Financial Controller assigned to the President Desk will monitor budget performance and expenditures.
Reporting & Auditing:
The Chief of Finance will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial audits, with the department submitting full accountability reports.
🔹 Secretariat Office
Managerial Vacancies:
The Secretary-General shall appoint key managers and operational teams to handle internal coordination, board communications, and governance processes.
Departmental Responsibilities:
The office will organize annual and quarterly Secretariat programs and handle fundraising for global policy development and institutional coordination.
Financial Oversight:
A dedicated Financial Controller will track Secretariat expenditure and ensure adherence to administrative budgets.
Reporting & Auditing:
Full financial audits will be conducted under the guidance of the Chief of Finance, including monthly reconciliations and year-end reporting.
🔹 MHQ Administration (Including HR)
Managerial Vacancies:
The Director of Administration will appoint heads of HR, logistics, and internal operations teams.
Departmental Responsibilities:
This department will handle budget allocation for recruitment, infrastructure, training, and operational maintenance. Fundraising may include institutional grants and partner contributions.
Financial Oversight:
The Financial Controller will ensure transparent tracking of all operational budgets and procurement.
Reporting & Auditing:
Monthly and quarterly financial audits will be submitted to the Chief of Finance, with a full annual financial report prepared.
🔹 Legal Department
Managerial Vacancies:
The General Attorney will appoint compliance officers, legal researchers, and advisory staff.
Departmental Responsibilities:
Legal operations will be funded annually with a forecasted budget, including fundraising for global legal awareness campaigns and treaty programs.
Financial Oversight:

Detailed audits will be conducted monthly and quarterly, and submitted annually to the President’s Office, ensuring top-level transparency and governance.
