CICC Board Membership (2026–2036 Program)
Join the Council of International Chambers of Commerce (CICC) as a Board Member and contribute to shaping global economic development. CICC membership is structured to accommodate all levels of expertise, engagement, and investment, from volunteers to strategic investors.

1. Membership Categories
CICC Board Members are organized into five main categories, including the new Honorary Board category:

    Volunteer Member
    Description: Entry-level members serving voluntarily in their area of expertise.
    Duration: 3 months
    Fee: None
    Benefits:
    • Certificate of voluntary service
    • Recognition in CICC network
    • Local/regional participation

    Regular Member
    Description: Active members contributing to advisory and project boards.
    Duration: 1 year
    Fee: None
    Benefits:
    • Advisory role in projects
    • Certificate of membership
    • Access to CICC initiatives and professional network

    Professional Member
    Description: Skilled professionals contributing expertise to specialized subcategories.
    Duration: 1 year
    Fee: €3,000–€5,000 (depending on category)

    Expert / Investor Member
    Description: Senior experts or investors with strategic contributions to CICC programs.
    Duration: 1–10 years, depending on membership tier

    Honorary Board Member
    Description: Dedicated to retired high-level government officials, ex-ministers, ex-ambassadors, consuls, and other ex-government dignitaries.
    Duration: 1 year (position is permanent/lifetime as an honorary role)
    Fee: None
    Benefits:
    • Permanent honorary membership
    • Recognition as a lifetime advisor to CICC
    • Participation in ceremonial, cultural, and diplomatic initiatives
    • No project participation or fee required

    2. Board Subcategories
    CICC members are aligned with specific subcategories based on their area of expertise:

    Reserved exclusively for government representatives (Ministers, Ambassadors, Directors-General, Presidential Envoys)

    D. Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Program
    Facilitating collaboration between public institutions and private enterprises
    E. NGO Board Members
    Focused on civil society, social development, and NGO initiatives
    F. Investor Board
    Members contributing capital, strategic investment, or institutional support
    G. Media, Marketing & IT
    Members specializing in communications, digital strategy, and technology
    H. Mining & Resources Board
    Members in gold mining and other extractive industries
    I. Legal & Lawyers Board
    Members in law, compliance, and legal oversight
    J. Honorary Board
    Retired diplomats, ministers, consuls, ex-government high officials
    Permanent honorary membership for lifetime recognition

    3. Membership Commitment
    All members are expected to actively participate in CICC projects and initiatives.
    Volunteer Members: 3 months commitment
    Regular & Professional Members: 1-year commitment
    Investor Members: 1–10 years depending on tier
    Honorary Board Members: Permanent/lifetime honorary position
    Inactivity may result in forfeiture of benefits or recognition (except Honorary Members)

    To join the CICC Board:
    Select a Membership Category (Volunteer, Regular, Professional, Expert/Investor, Honorary)
    Choose your Board Subcategory according to your expertise
    Complete the Board Member Nomination Form
    Submit CV/Resume to hr@council-icc.org
    Sign Nomination Agreement stating:
    “I, the undersigned, hereby accept the nomination to serve as a Board Member of the Council of International Chambers of Commerce (CICC) under the 2026–2036 Program. I am committed to contributing to CICC’s vision through active participation, strategic collaboration, and professional integrity in alignment with the selected Board category
