Strategic Leadership & Program Direction
Executive-level professionals are responsible for spearheading the program at national and international levels. They represent CICC with governments, institutions, and investors β€” overseeing full implementation, compliance, and results.
Responsibilities include:
– Country-wide or regional program leadership
– High-level stakeholder coordination (government, private sector, international partners)
– Oversight of strategic goals and performance delivery
– Institutional growth and public representation of CICC

🧭 MANAGERIAL LEVEL
Operational Management & Team Leadership
Managerial-level professionals supervise program activities, drive execution in specific sectors, and lead internal teams to meet assigned KPIs.
Responsibilities include:
– Managing operational units (e.g., membership, marketing, HR, partnerships)
– Supervising teams and monitoring performance
– Reporting on milestones and impact targets
– Supporting Executive Directors in program execution

🎯 NON-MANAGERIAL LEVEL
Field Engagement & Direct Program Execution
Non-managerial professionals actively contribute to daily operations, outreach, logistics, communications, and support functions.
Responsibilities include:
– Assisting program events, campaigns, and mobilization activities
– Handling administrative, communications, or logistical tasks
– Engaging with members, partners, and stakeholders at local levels
– Supporting managers in meeting core program objectives


πŸ“Œ PROBATION POLICY

All new roles begin with a 3-month probation period under the following conditions:
1. Performance-based Evaluation: Continuation is based on achieving minimum targets and KPIs as defined by the CICC HR Department.
2. No Fixed Salary During Probation: Only performance-based support or commissions may apply.
3. No Guarantee of Confirmation: CICC reserves the right to terminate the position at any time during the probation if performance is unsatisfactory, or in the event of any policy breach.
4. CICC operates under strict international standards, and all staff are expected to uphold our Code of Ethics, Institutional Integrity, and Global Vision. This is not a temporary job β€” it is an opportunity to be part of something far greater.
