CICC Management Internship Procedure
Applicable to Fresh Graduates & Young Professionals

General Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
   The CICC Management Internship Program is a structured learning and evaluation program designed to prepare fresh graduates and young professionals for future managerial and administrative positions within CICC’s global departments, divisions, and branches.
   It combines virtual learning sessions, practical internship experience, and performance evaluation to develop professional competence, leadership skills, and global business understanding.
2. Program Option
   The CICC Management Internship Program offers two pathways:
   Option 1 – Regular Internship Program (for candidates in the UAE)
   Duration: 3 months probation
   • Month 1: Introduction (hands-on work and mentoring)
   • Month 2–3: Evaluation Period (performance review and progress assessment)
   Purpose of Probation:
   During the 3-month probation period, each intern is required to achieve the target assigned by the HR Department.
   The target will be related to the intern’s assigned role, such as business outreach, membership development, partnership coordination, or project support.
   Format: Remote or hybrid, depending on placement and department.
   Option 2 – Online Internship Program (for candidates outside the UAE)
   Duration:
   1-Month Online Intensive Training – for candidates seeking immediate hiring consideration,
   or
   3-Month Regular Online Internship – for candidates who wish to follow the full internship track.
   Structure:
   Month 1: Introduction Training (CICC modules, soft skills, and project simulations)
   Month 2–3: Remote Practice (performing assigned tasks and guided mentoring)
   Program Fee: Required for the online training period. Payment details and instructions will be provided upon acceptance.
   Purpose of Probation:
   Online participants will also complete a 3-month probation to achieve the target given by the HR Department, under virtual supervision and weekly reporting.
   Format: Fully online and flexible schedule across international time zones.
3. Eligibility Criteria
   Applicants must demonstrate:
   – Recent graduation or early-stage professional background in management, business, or related fields.
   – interest in leadership, business development, and international engagement.
   – Submission of CV/Resume and supporting documents for review.
4. Application Process
   Interested applicants must:
   – Submit an application form via the official CICC website or email 📧 hr@council-icc.org.
   – Attach CV/Resume and identification documents.
   – Await confirmation and group allocation notice from the CICC HR Department.
5. Program Structure (for Online Internship Program only)
   Friday – Virtual Training : CICC module overview, role-specific guidance, and case studies.
   Saturday – Feedback & Assignments : discussion, problem-solving, and new weekly objectives.
   Monday–Thursday – Fieldwork / Practical Tasks : business outreach, partnership proposals, membership promotion, and submission of weekly progress reports.
6. Program Fee
   – Regular Internship Program: No fee required (for participants in UAE only)
   – Online Internship Program: Program fee applies (for participants outside the UAE).
   Payment details and deadlines will be shared upon acceptance.
7. Completion & Certification
   – At the end of the program, successful participants will:
   – Receive the Official CICC Certificate of Completion.
   – Qualify for recruitment into managerial roles within CICC’s global operations.
8. Career Path After Completion
   – Managerial Appointment – Entry-level Manager in a CICC department, division, or branch.
   – Compensation Package (upon contract – after reaching the target during 3 months probation): base salary, commissions, and performance-based bonuses.
   – International Career Growth – Opportunities to represent CICC in global programs and projects.
