CICC Recruitment Procedure
Applicable to All Management Level Candidates


General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Career Opportunity & Performance-Based Compensation
    CICC offers a distinguished career pathway across several Management-Level positions, with high earning potential based strictly on performance. Compensation is not a fixed salary during the evaluation period. Earnings, commissions, and bonuses are granted based on the successful achievement of assigned performance targets.
    Upon full appointment, candidates who demonstrate exceptional results may receive an attractive compensation package, including a basic salary, commissions, performance bonuses, a 13th salary, and annual awards.
  2. Three-Month Performance Evaluation Period
    All selected candidates will undergo a three-month evaluation period, consisting of:
    1-month probation, and
    2-month performance assessment
    Failure to achieve results within the first month will result in immediate termination, in accordance with CICC HR policies.
    Important Note:
    During the probation/evaluation period, there is no salary.
    Full employment benefits and salary are awarded only after achieving minimum required targets.
  3. Remote Position with Global Advancement Opportunities
    All positions begin as remote roles. Candidates who successfully meet performance targets during the evaluation period may be offered a transfer or appointment to:
    The CICC Main Headquarter (MHQ), or
    One of CICC’s official HQs or Commercial Branches in the UAE, EU, Asia, Africa, or the USA.
    This may include a full employment contract, residency benefits, expanded responsibilities, incentive packages, and further opportunities for promotion.
  4. Application Process & Interview Questionnaire
    Applicants must submit their CV/Resume through the official CICC website or via email at 📧 hr@council-icc.org, and complete the Interview Questionnaire, which serves as the first step in the selection process.
  5. Questionnaire Review & Shortlisting
    Only candidates whose responses meet CICC’s standards and expectations will be shortlisted for the next stage.
  6. Multi-Stage Interview Process
    Shortlisted applicants will undergo the following structured recruitment process managed by the HR Division:
    (1) Interview Questionnaire – Stage 1
    Initial written assessment and confirmation of understanding of CICC expectations.
    (2) Group Introduction Session (Zoom)
    A short group orientation to explain the organization, roles, and performance expectations.
    (3) Final Written Questionnaire – Stage 2
    An in-depth written interview evaluating experience, commitment, and readiness.
    (4) Job Offer
    Candidates who successfully pass all stages will receive an official job offer.
  7. Probation Appointment & Acting Position
    Successful candidates will be initially appointed to a short-term Acting Position corresponding to the role they applied for.
    After the evaluation period:
    (1) If performance meets or exceeds expectations → the candidate may be appointed to the exact role applied for.
    (2) If performance is below the required level → the candidate may be appointed to a lower-ranking role, or
    (3) If performance does not meet minimum standards → the process may be discontinued.
  8. Plan Program (Handbook) Provision
    Upon signing the Probation Appointment Letter, CICC will share the Plan Program (Handbook), which outlines the duties, expectations, and performance targets for the evaluation period. This handbook will serve as the primary reference and the basis for the final assessment before full appointment.

1. Country Director
2. Operation Director
3. Project Director
4. Operation Manager
5. Commercial Branch CEO
6. Financial Controller

All positions require strong leadership, strategic capabilities, and the ability to deliver measurable results during the evaluation period.
