Position Overview
All listed roles are Executive Board positions at Headquarters (HQ level).
This organizational model will be replicated across 150 countries worldwide.
Recruitment & Selection Process
• Candidates will undergo a group-based interview and introduction process.
• The most qualified candidate will be selected as CEO.
• Remaining candidates will be assigned to other executive roles based on merit and suitability.
Roles & Responsibilities
The CEO and Executive Team are responsible for:
• Registering the Council in accordance with local laws and regulations of their respective country.
• Establishing initial operations, including temporary office use (any executive’s office may be used until formal infrastructure is established).
• Working collaboratively as a coordinated leadership team with a clear strategic vision.
• Implementing the Economic Development Program 2026–2036.
Engagement Model (Non-Salaried Structure)
All HQ executive roles are entrepreneurial and non-salaried positions.
Engagement is based on:
• Project-by-project involvement
• Professional service contracts
• Agreements under MPU (Mutual Partnership Understanding)
• Protection under NCND (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreements)
HR & Administrative Authority
The Administrative & HR Director is responsible for:
• Hiring, monitoring, and managing local staff
• Taking disciplinary actions, including termination if required
• Governance & Communication Structure
The CEO holds sole authority to:
Communicate directly with MHQ (Main Headquarters)
The Admin/HR Director (HQ):
• Coordinates with MHQ HR
• Receives and implements regional assignments
Appointment Procedure
MHQ HR will issue:
• Formal Job Offer Letters to selected candidates
• A defined probation period
Upon successful completion, candidates will be:
Fully appointed as Executive Members of CICC
