Position Opening
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Headquarters Level

CICC is currently appointing qualified candidates for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Headquarters (HQ) level as part of the international expansion and implementation of the Economic Development Program 2026–2036.
This organizational model is intended to be implemented across 150 countries worldwide.


Position Overview
The CEO position is a non-salaried entrepreneurial leadership role based on revenue-sharing from membership activities and event organization, which are the main operational pillars of CICC.
The CEO is responsible for leading the establishment, legal registration, operational development, and strategic growth of the Council Headquarters within their respective country.


CEO Engagement & Revenue Sharing Structure
Membership Revenue Structure
The CEO shall retain 50% of membership-generated income to cover headquarters operational expenses, personnel, administration, logistics, legal registration, and related operational costs.
The remaining 50% shall be transferred to the CICC Main Headquarters (MHQ).

Events & Conference Revenue Structure
For events, conferences, summits, and related packages, net revenue after deduction of operational expenses shall be shared on a 50/50 basis between the Headquarters (HQ) and the Main Headquarters (MHQ).

Entrepreneurial Leadership Model
The CEO position operates under a professional entrepreneurial and partnership structure rather than a fixed salary employment model.
The CEO is expected to actively develop memberships, partnerships, business relations, conferences, and strategic programs to support the sustainability and growth of the organization.


Acting CEO Appointment & Probation Period
Initially, the selected candidate shall be appointed as Acting CEO under a probation period of up to three (3) months.

During the probation period, the Acting CEO is required to:
– Complete the legal registration and establishment of the Council Headquarters in accordance with local laws and regulations.
– Establish the initial operational and administrative structure of the Headquarters.
Develop the executive management structure of the Headquarters.
– Appoint and organize the following mandatory key positions:
1. Deputy CEO
2. Administrative & HR Director
3. Economic Development Director
4. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
5. Chief Operating Officer (COO)
6. Chief Legal Officer
– The Acting CEO may use temporary office facilities until formal infrastructure and operational systems are fully established.
– Upon successful completion of the probation requirements and evaluation by MHQ, the candidate may be officially confirmed as CEO of the Headquarters.


Roles & Responsibilities of the CEO
The CEO is responsible for:
– Representing CICC within their respective country.
– Leading the strategic development and operational management of the Headquarters.
– Implementing the Economic Development Program 2026–2036.
– Developing memberships, partnerships, conferences, and economic initiatives.
– Coordinating with CICC Main Headquarters (MHQ).
– Ensuring professional governance, compliance, and organizational sustainability.


Governance & Communication Structure
The CEO holds sole authority to communicate directly with the Main Headquarters (MHQ).
All local operational departments and appointed executives shall operate under the coordination and authority of the CEO.

– Professional partnership cooperation
– Project-based involvement
– Revenue-sharing structure
– Mutual Partnership Understanding (MPU)
– Non-Circumvention & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCND) protections
