CICC Recruitment Procedure
Applicable to All Executive-Level Candidates

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Career Opportunity & Performance-Based Compensation
    CICC provides an excellent career pathway with high earning potential based entirely on performance. Compensation is not fixed salary, but earned through the successful achievement of assigned targets. Additional bonuses and rewards may be granted based on annual performance and overall contribution.
  2. Three-Month Performance Evaluation Period
    All selected candidates will undergo a structured three-month onboarding program, which includes: One-month probation and Two-month performance evaluation.
    Throughout this period, candidates will receive professional training tailored to their roles. Failure to demonstrate performance within the first month will result in immediate termination, as per CICC policy.
  3. Remote Role with Global Relocation Opportunity
    All positions begin as remote roles. Candidates who successfully meet their targets within the three-month evaluation period may be offered an optional transfer to the Main Headquarter (MHQ) or one of our official HQs or Commercial Branches located in the UAE, EU, Asia, Africa, or the USA. This opportunity may include a formal appointment, residency benefits, performance bonuses, and other incentives.

  5. Plan Program Confirmation
    Shortlisted candidates will receive a detailed Plan Program, including specific targets and expectations. To confirm their participation, candidates must email their acceptance to the CICC HR Division within seven (7) days, along with a copy of their passport or national ID.
  6. Interview Stage
    Once confirmation is received, candidates will be scheduled for a Zoom interview, arranged by the CICC HR Division.
  7. Probation Appointment & Role Assignment
    Upon successful completion of the interview and documentation process, candidates will receive a Probation Appointment Letter, including all necessary job-related documentation and work assignments aligned with their designated roles and responsibilities.
