General Terms and Conditions of CICC Recruitment:

1. Before applying, please understand that CICC gives you an excellent career opportunity plus handsome income earning source.
2. This is a contracted role for the Executive Level at CICC. There is no fixed monthly salary for this position. Earnings are purely on the performance-based through a 50/50 profit sharing scheme, along with additional rewards provided upon successful completion at the end of the year, based on performance and contribution.
3. The Executive Level may be designated as Co-Founders, Investors, or Business Partner / Equity Partner; depending on the specific project and the strategic direction of the corporation. Final decision will be made based on the nature of the initiative and mutual agreement.
4. All the extra fringe benefits/rewards will be based on the given assignments & profit sharing as disclosed in the signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Partnership.
5. The Executive Level will also sign Joint Venture (JV) Agreement in conjunction with the company registration process to establish CICC Headquarters (HQ) or branches in various location, based on preference and interest of the Investors.
6. This initiative is dedicated to the CICC Investment Fund, which aims to establish operations in 180 countries. Angel investors, Private investors, Business partners, and Co-Founders will have the opportunity to select a country or location where they have the capacity to establish a branch. These branches will be associated with prime banking institutions such as HSBC, Deutsche Bank, UBS, JP Morgan, and others.

8. Selected candidates will sign MOU Partnership, then have to send by an email to CICC – HR Department along with passport copy or National ID latest in seven days period.
9. Upon signing of MOU Partnership, selected candidate will be scheduled for an interview via zoom, as arranged by the CICC HR Department.
10. Candidates selected for Executive Level are required to join as Executive Board Members with a membership contribution of 5.000 Euros. This Membership provides priority nomination and the opportunity to serve on Executive Board for 3-years term.
11. The appointment will be governed by Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Partnership, outlining profit-sharing terms a deal-by-deal basis in accordance with the NCND.
12. The Executive Level holding executive roles are required to attend pre-launching executive meetings in Dubai or other designated locations, in accordance with the CICC event agenda.
13. The Executive Level who are not active and who are not involved in any project or international transaction, will not be entitled to get anything/benefit.
14. The required documentation, Certificates, and Work assignments will be given according to the applicable roles & responsibilities, after the completion of all process of recruitment by HR Department.
